 What is Hypnosis

 

Hypnosis or as we call it, Conscious Hypnosis is honesty in Hypnosis.

A conscious or cognitive assessment of circumstances to assess the positive and negative output.

Conscious Hypnosis through rigorous testing has shown that if we hold negative thoughts, feelings even self talk. We put stress on the body and weaken it's output to tasks... All tasks.

From sports, tests, physical muscle work to performance, Negative input stresses the body and reduces the electrical output.


Unlike hypnosis and hypnotherapy of the past thousand years whereby they seem to think hypnosis is a heightened state of suggestibility. Conscious hypnosis is NOT a state. Actually hypnosis has never and will never be a state.

Hypnosis is a process where we can access different states by tasks to become aware of circumstances for the purpose of changing the way we think, feel and act towards circumstances.

ULTIMATELY, YOU must take personal responsibility. You don't have free will, you have choice but your subconscious and conscious choice is determined by circumstances, not FREE WILL!

So by bringing your circumstances to awareness, you can change the way you think, feel and act. You cannot change the circumstances, or the seasons or the wind, but you can change yourself. That is something you have charge of!


 

It has been shown that fear is the trigger to human subconsciousness and that negative emotions, such as anger, sadness, hurt, guilt are a result of fear and often human weakness. But when we turn on the bright lights of optimism. What we fear is not nearly as horrible as you make it out to be in the dark. FEAR and ANXIETY riddled fantasy or perception in your mind.


Conscious hypnosis or intelligent hypnosis (iHypnosis), brings to light these circumstances to bring optimism, hope, or better yet - certainty to bring light, incendiary to end the negative and cast light on possibilities. and so often you become inoculated.
